From Atlanta:

Take Interstate 85 North to exit # 106, GA 316. Continue on 316 to Highway 78 East (Athens) West (Monroe). Stay on Hwy. 78E for < 2 miles until you dead-end at Hwy 29, locally known as Atlanta Highway. There is a Pepsi bottling plant on your right. Turn right. After you pass a Sam's Club on the right and a Ford car dealership on the left (< 1 mile from Hwy-78), move into the left-hand lane and and then the middle turning lane. Our street, Conway Drive, is immediately between two large Adcock Furniture stores; there is a tall marble marker at the entrance of Conway Drive between the two stores which reads 'Coggins Park'. On Conway Drive, our building and parking lot are the first immediately behind the Adcock Outlet store. We have the first three suites of the brick complex.
