Olis Polarization Toolbox
Our newest instrument uses the flexibilty of a liquid crystal or photoelastic modulator to open the door to many complementary spectroscopic measurements all with little or no hardware changes. It is the only commercial instrument available capable of measuring circularly polarized luminescence. Even anisotropy is done in a novel way, with no need to use a gain correction factor. This system requires a light souce, which can be an LED, tungsten lamp, dueterium lamp, xenon lamp, or laser. A number of accessories are available including temperature control, a PMT for circular dicroism, stopped-flow, automated titrator, sample turret, and a 1.4 T magnet.
Applications (standard configuration)
- Single point or kinetic fluorescence intensity
- Single point or kinetic fluorescence anisotropy
