UV System for Proteins in Turbid Media

The CLARiTY VF UV accurately collects  spectra of proteins & nucleic acids in turbid media of such quality that second derivative spectra can be derived.  Proteins adsorbed to aluminum salts and other adjuvants are successfully quantified.  This model CLARiTY uses two deuterium lamps for the measurement beam and a single grating monochromator with single beam detection using an exquisitely sensitive Hamamatsu photon counting detector.
