Dilute lysozyme scan, done with Olis DSM CD spectrophotometer, in approximately 20 minutes. 0.2 mm pathlength cuvette was used. Nitrogen purging at rate of 8 slpm. Scan was extended beyond 250 nm to capture noise information, demonstrating excellent RMS noise performance from Olis CD. Corrected for cuvette baseline.
