A Third Example of MCD Data
MCD on a buffer solution and cytochrome C using the DeSa 1.4 Tesla magnet
on an Olis DSM 20 CD with a bandpass of 2 nm.
As the software generated Comment Box (upper left region) reports, the 300 point record was acquired in 12 minutes, 32.2 seconds. The high volts (HV) were held constant, which means the time per datum was varied across the span to account for the different light levels. In the second graph, the spectra along the 350-500 nm region with 150 points are shown; time for acquisition was approximately 4 minutes.
